How much should a tune-up cost for a 02 Honda Accord?

I want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.....I got a quote of $250 then to change the timing belt $500???How much should a tune-up cost for a 02 Honda Accord?usually tunes ups include changing the spark plugs ,wires, and air filter... $150 roughly.... You only replace the timing belt if there is an issue with it.
